Cancellation is completely free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. For late cancellations or no-shows, a fee may apply. We are understanding in exceptional circumstances — please contact us.
We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport and train station arrivals, calculated from your flight's actual landing time (we track flights in real time). For all other pick-ups, free waiting time is 30 minutes.
Yes, baby and child seats suitable for all ages are available free of charge on request. Please mention the child's age and weight when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat.
